The market specializes in gourmet vegetarian delights inspired by Italian/Mediterranean region ingredients. We surveyed various books of those regions and it was obvious that graceful arches were a necessary ingredient of this project. The posts are eastern White Cedar to help resist the weather. All other timbers are eastern White Pine.
