Materials Arrive
The new plan allowed for the house to retain its post and beam theme and the cost of the frame was reduced substantially. The plans were reviewed by the local engineer and approved. The clients gave the “thumbs up” and the timbers were ordered.
Three weeks later timbers arrive on site.
